Incentive Solutions and Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating have been honored with Incentive magazine’s Motivation Master Channel Sales Award for its Ductless Rewards program during the past year. The companies received the award for developing a B2B incentive strategy that earned an overall return-on-investment (ROI) of 307 percent.
“We were trying to think of ways to motivate contractors to quote Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating on every job, as well as win over some contractors selling competitor brands,” says Leah Montgomery, Marketing Manager for Mitsubishi Electric Heating & Cooling’s southern business unit. “We thought about a variety of options, but landed on the gift card spiff from Incentive Solutions because they took the time and initiative to understand our situation and find out exactly what we needed.”
